Country Club Road - A sweet Cape Cod, David Mitchell originally began building this home as a “spec” home, but it was sold very early in the construction. Lucky for them, the buyers entered the process early enough to customize and add many features, including a large garage/shop, and a deck area between the house and garage. Country_Club_Road.html

A “Sound” Decision - We began this beach get-away by taking down a small, older cottage from the lot (and moving it to another homeowner’s lot in October, 2008). Then, we graded the lot, had a piling contractor come place piles; added steel girders, and off we were to build a delightful sound-side modern home. This home was completed Spring, 2009.A_Sound_Decision.html

Creekside Modern - This modern house was designed to be a green home. The clients also elected to make it a “passive house,” meaning that the energy used to heat and cool the house is a fraction of normal construction. On Point- In this case, a large, older home (but not historic) was showing it’s age and with some updated construction designs will be able to better show off the amazing views of the Bay on the incredible lot where it sits.On_Point.html

For the Love of art - A new center addition to an old house, originally constructed in a style that is very “eastern shore,” with a series of small “houses” in a row. The old center was the kitchen and the owners wanted a newly designed kitchen and much more wall space for art.For_the_love_of_Art.html
